Victor Trochi offers a workshop and tasting during the Truffle Fair Centelles

This Saturday, 21 December, our chef, Víctor Trochi, has offered a cooking workshop and degustacióa Violet Room Centelles to mark the sixth Truffle Fair.

Trochi prepared, before eighty people, two dishes in which truffles are incorporated as an ingredient protagonist.
